520	# #	$a  يهدف هذا البحث إلى مناقشة التحديات التي تواجه المسيحيين الأردنيين ، تلك التي تتعلق بفهم أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية، وكيفية المساهمة في إيجاد حلولٍ واقعية عملية لها، كما ويستكشف البحث مفهوم المواطنة إسلاميًا وفيما إذا كان هذا المفهوم يُشَكِّلُ تحديًا في دولةٍ تتنوع فيها الأديان والمعتقدات .يتناول البحث الأنموذج الحضاريَّ المتقدِّم الذي قدمه الأردنُّ دولةً ومجتمعًا للمواطنة والعيش المشترك بين المواطنين المسلمين والمسيحيين على حد سواء . تعتمد المنهجية المستخدمة في هذا البحث بشكل كبير على فهم الأدوات التي استخدمها الفقهاء من أجل تأويل نوع العلاقة مع الآخر بناء على ما ورد في السنة النبوية؛ حيث استخدمت الأطروحة آراءهم الفقهية لاكتساب فهم موثوق للاحاديث النبويَّة المستخدمة لتأصيل أحكامهم. تحاول الأطروحة بعد ذلك تحليل ونقد أحكام أولئك الفقهاء لغرض فهمها في ظروفها وسياقاتها التاريخية المختلفة . خلص هذا البحث إلى أن العلاقة بين المسلمين والمسيحيين في الأردن لها جذور قوية ممتدة عبر التاريخ عزَّزها الإسلام عبر تشريعاته السمحةِ التي نظمت العلاقة بين رعايا الدولةِ ورعَتْ مصالحهم وقد سبقت في ذلك جميع المواثيق والأعراف الدولية التي تقوم عليها المجتمعات الحديثة وأصبحت تمتاز بها عن غيرها، وقد سلط البحث الضوء على الدور الحقيقي الذي أدَّاه المواطنون في خلق جو مناسب لمفهوم العيش المشترك والمواطنة، فضلًا عن وجود بعض الاحكام الفقهية الإسلامية المذكورة في قانون الأحوال الشخصية الأردني المتعلقة بالمسيحيين التي يوصي الباحث بإعادة النظر والاجتهاد بخصوصها في ضوء مقاصد الشريعة الاسلامية المستندةِ إلى مفهومي العدالة والمساواة بين جميع البشر بغض النظر عن اختلاف أديانهم وتنوع معتقداتهم.
520	# #	$a  This research aims to discuss the challenges facing Jordanian Christians related to understanding the rulings of Islamic Sharīʿah, and how to contribute to this understanding and solving these various challenges and problems associated with it. This research will thus explore the concept of citizenship from an Islamic perspective and whether it poses a challenge within the state of multi religions. Furthermore, the research will look into how Jordan, as a nation, provided a model for coexistence concerning the relationship between Muslim and Christian citizens. The methodology employed in this thesis relies heavily on understanding the Islamic hermeneutical tools of Jurists in interpretation of Sunnāh regarding how to deal with others outside Islamic faith. The thesis employed their jurisprudential opinions to gain an authoritative understanding from a selection of prophetic narrations. The thesis then attempts to critique their rulings for the purpose of understanding them in their historical circumstances. This research concluded that the relationship between Muslims and Christians has excellent roots connected throughout the annals of history, and it was reinforced by Islam through its tolerant legislation. This was preceded by all the international covenants on which modern societies are based on. The citizens in Jordan have played a real role in creating the suitable atmosphere for the concepts of coexistence and citizenship. This research suggests that there are some Islamic rules mentioned in the Jordanian Personal Status Law regarding Christians which are hoped will be re-examined in accordance with maqaṣid al-sharīʿah, as one of their main objectives to achieve justice for all human beings.
