Objectives : An estimated 37.6 million individuals worldwide became newly infected with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) in 2020, which amounts to 5,000 new infections per day. This includes 170 million children. The HIV/AIDS not only affects the health of individuals but also impacts households, communities, and the development and economic growth of nations. The prevention and control of HIV infection and acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) are recognized as a national priority in Jordan. This study aims to know more about the world Health International and local Organization’s Programs for HIV\AIDS in Jordan. Methods: A Quantitative study was conducted in a convenience sample of 70 people living with HIV/AIDS, using a questionnaire designed to Evaluate programs conducted by world health International organizations in Jordan and how this program is identical with the government Polices\National program. Results: This study revealed that the There is a response and actions taken to combat AIDS through the national program in the Jordanian Ministry of Health, but they needed a more detailed understanding of the disease to prevent stigmatization and discrimination of an infected person from Health Workers and activists. Conclusion: This study provides a benchmark for further elaborate studies in the community to develop appropriate health education and awareness programs.
الأهداف: في عام 2020، أصيب حوالي 37.6 مليون شخص حول العالم بفيروس نقص المناعه البشرية ، وهذا يشير إلى حدوث 5000 إصابة كل يوم. إن هذا يشمل 170 مليون طفل. إن مرض نقص المناعة البشرية لا يؤثر على صحة الأفراد فحسب، بل يؤثر على الأسر والمجتمعات والنمو الإقتصادي للأمم. إن منع إنتشار فيروس نقص المناعة البشرية والسيطرة عليه يعد أولوية في الأردن. إن الدراسة الحالية تهدف إلى الحصول على مقدار أكبر من المعلومات حول برامج المنظمات الصحية الدولية والوطنية التي تستهدف فيروس نقص المناعة البشرية في الأردن. الأساليب: تم إتباع منهج كمي، وإختيار عينة متاحة مكونة من 70 شخص مصاب بفيروس نقص المناعة البشرية، وتم إستخدام إستبيان لتقييم البرامج المنفذة من قبل المنظمات الصحية الدولية في الأردن، ولمعرفة مدى توائم هذه البرامج مع البرنامج الوطني والسياسيات الحكومية. لقد أشارت هذه الدراسة أن هنالك إجراءات متخذه لمحاربة فيروس نقص المناعة البشرية من خلال البرنامج الوطني المتبع في وزارة الصحة الأردنية. لكن، هنالك حاجة لإمتلاك فهم أكبر حول هذا المرض من أجل منع القيام الوصم والتمييز ضد للأشخاص المصابين من صفوف الأفراد العاملين في مجال الرعاية الصحية والناشطين. الخلاصة: إن هذه الدراسة توفر مرجعاً يمكن الباحثين من إجراء دراسات في المجتمع لوضع برامج هادفة لنشر الوعي الصحي وبرامج للتربية الصحية.
