هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بناء إطار عام للمنظمة المثالية من منظور فلسفي إسلامي، وذلك باستخدام مناهج الاستدلال العقلي من خلال الاستقراء والاستنباط وبمايحقق أهداف الدراسة، وكان ذلك لسد حاجة وتطلعات القائمين على قيادة وإدارة المنظمات – بمختلف تصنيفاتها وأنواعها – في إيجاد صورة نموذجية متكاملة لمنظماتهم، من أجل استقرار وتطوير وارتقاء منظماتهم.
وقد قدم الفكر الإنساني الإداري نماذج عديدة، وقفت على أهم معايير التفوق والتميز للمنظمات، كما أن الدراسات والأبحاث الأخيرة في هذا الجانب، تناولت دراسات واقعية من حال المنظمات التي تطورت وارتقت فتميزت عن غيرها خلال مسيرتها متجاوزة الكثير من الصعاب والتحديات، فكانت نتيجة تلك الأبحاث والدراسات أن الفلسفة التي يتبناها أصحاب المنظمة، أو قيادتها الإدارية، ويعملوا على نشرها على مستوى الأفراد والجماعات داخل المنظمة، هي العامل الأكبر لنجاح هذه المنظمات. هذه الفلسفة أو الإيديولوجيا الجوهرية كما سماها بعضهم هي التي تؤسس للقيم التي يجب أن يتبناها العاملون في المنظمة، كما أنه كل من لا ينسجم مع هذه الإيديولوجيا الجوهرية لامكان له داخل المنظمة.
تأتي هذه الدراسة من أجل بناء إطار عام للمنظمة المثالية من منظور فلسفي إسلامي على شكل أنموذج تجريدي متكامل وشامل، وذلك من خلال التوصل إلى الفلسفة التي يمكن أن تؤسس لبناء هذا الإطار بما تحتويه من معارف يقينية مصدرها الدين الإسلامي. ومن خلال إسقاط هذه الفلسفة على مقومات المنظمة كما أقرها الفكر الإنساني الإداري مع مراعاة متطلبات المنظور الفلسفي الإسلامي في هذا الجانب.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الدين الإسلامي، بمصدريه الرئيسين وما يتفرع عنهما قادر على التأسيس لهذا الإطار العام وبشكل أنموذج تجريدي متكامل وشامل. استخدم الباحث المنهج الملائم للدراسة وهو منهج النظم، والمنهج الاستدلالي العقلي التجريدي. وكانت النتيجة الوصول إلى هذا الأنموذج كما هو في الشكل رقم (27).
قدمت الدراسة نماذج تطبيقية من التاريخ الإسلامي تظهر فيها وظائف الإدارة ووظائف المنظمة وفق المنظور الفلسفي الإسلامي المستند إلى الرؤيا التي أسس عليها الباحث بناء الإطار العام للمنظمة المثالية.
This study aims to provide, ‘a general framework to build an ideal organization from an Islamic philosophical perspective’. The Leaders of any Organization are always looking to create an integrated prototype (abstract model), for their organization which can control and develop it further. Nowadays the needs and wishes at a groups and individuals level, from within the organizations and from without has increased, especially after ICT has become present part of peoples in every life (Information Technology & Telecommunications), became in every issue in the life. This has lead researches and authors in human sciences both in general and in private administrative spheres to research on discovering the secret of success and failure of organizations.
Recent studies show that the main reason of success in an organization is the culture (philosophy) that the leader creates and promotes in his organization, at every level.
However, there is no study that has provided in the two these questions, what is this culture (philosophy)? And what is its nature and pillars? The answer to this questions has been left to the directors of each organizations to decide.
This dissertation focuses on this important issue of success. This study adopts an Islamic Philosophical Perspective to show how to build A General Framework of Building an Ideal Organization. This study uses the thinking systems approach and the abstract mental reasoning method.
The general framework model was the main output of this study, shown in figure (27).
The study presented applied models of Islamic history showing the functions of management and the functions of the organization according to the Islamic philosophy based on the vision on which the researcher built the framework of the ideal organization.
