هدفت هذه الدراسة اقتراح دور تربوي للنظام التربوي الأردني لتوعية طلبة المرحلة الثانوية بظاهرة التطرف الفكري وانعكاسها على السلم المجتمعي، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج المسحي التطويري، وتم تطوير استبانة تكونت من (80) فقرة مقسمة على أربعة أقسام هي:واقع وجود ظاهرة التطرف الفكري التطرف الفكري، ودور المعلم بالتوعية بظاهرة التطرف الفكري، والسلم المجتمعي، والتحديات التي تواجه المعلمين في التوعية بظاهرة التطرف الفكري، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الثانوية في المدارس الحكومية الأردنية للعام الدراسي (2018/2019)، والبالغ عددهم (18642) معلماً ومعلمة، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة تكونت من (389) معلماً ومعلمة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: • أن واقع وجود ظاهرة التطرف الفكري لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية في المدارس الحكومية الأردنية من وجهة نظر معلميهم جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة. • جاء كل من واقع دور المعلمين بالتوعية بظاهرة التطرف الفكري، ودور المناهج والأنشطة وأساليب التدريس بالتوعية بظاهرة التطرف الفكري بدرجة تطبيق منخفضة. • جاء تأثير التطرف الفكري على السلم المجتمعي من وجهة نظر معلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الثانوية الحكومية الأردنية بدرجة مرتفعة. • أن الصعوبات التي تواجه معلمي المرحلة الثانوية الحكومية الأردنية في توعية الطلبة بظاهرة التطرف الفكري المجتمعي جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة. وفي ضوء ذلك تم اقتراح دور تربوي مناسب للنظام التربوي الأردني لتوعية طلبة المرحلة الثانوية بظاهرة التطرف الفكري وانعكاسها على السلم المجتمعي في المرحلة الثانوية، بهدف تفعيل استراتيجيات التوعية بظاهرة التطرف الفكري، واشتملت على تعريف الدور التربوي المقترح، وأهم المجالات التي سيهتم بها، كمجال حل المشكلات، ومجال المجتمع، ومجال البيئة، ومجال الحقوق والواجبات، ومجال الأمن والأمان، ومجال المحافظة على الاصالة والمعاصرة، ومجال القيم الإنسانية، ومجال العدالة الاجتماعية، ومجال المعرفة، واشتمل الدور كذلك عناصر ومعوقات تنفيذ الدور التربوي المقترح، وآليات التغلب على المعوقات. وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، أوصى الباحث بضرورة تبني الدور التربوي المقترح للنظام التربوي الأردني لتوعية طلبة المرحلة الثانوية بظاهرة التطرف الفكري وانعكاسها على السلم المجتمعي، والعمل على تطوير المناهج الدراسية بحيث يخدم محتواها التعليمي مقدار الوعي الذي يتواءم مع المعتقدات الأساسية للدولة والدين والأعراف.
